Why does the outline of a building seen from space cause offence? The Swastika [Hakkors] was used in Scandinavia as a commercial logotype,notably for the Icelandic Shipping Co [see similar Scindia Steam Navigation Co],the Swedish electric manufacturing Co ASEA [now ABB]and on Icelandic maps showing locations of power stations, not to mention Finland. There was also a Swastika Laundry in Dublin until 1989. People are not always aware that whereas this decoratibe device may sometimes be the Swastika, it may be better thought of as the Fylfot or Gammadion.
