Restrictions

• What does 1 user mean?

  We will only take work requests and correspond with one person/email address on your team.

• What does 1 brand mean?

  We will only produce work and support one single brand of yours.

• What does 1 website mean?

  We will only support and produce work for one single website of yours.

• Why is there a limited package?

  Our unlimited package is great value however we understand that some businesses may not be able to afford it so we created the time-limited package to cater for their needs specifically.

  Same service, lower price but with a time cap to keep things fair.

Service Details

• What does unlimited design mean?

  1. You select and purchase a plan which lasts for 30 days.
  2. You can make as many requests for design or web support tasks as you like within those 30 days, however, we will only work on one piece at a time.
  3. You can also have your work revised as many times as you like within those 30 days.

• When can I request work?

  After you have bought a subscription plan you can start requesting work immediately, however, we only fulfil work requests on business working days between the hours of 10am-5pm.

• What exclusions are there?

  Our plans do not include motion graphics, brand strategy, full brand identity design or custom/heavyweight programming and coding.

• Turnaround time for work?

  The turnaround time for a single work request is dependent on the size of that task.

  For example:

  A 10-page brochure will take longer to design than a 1-page flyer.
  A 1-page flyer will take longer to turnaround than a social media graphic.

  On average we turnaround:

  • Small jobs within 1 day
  • Medium jobs within 2 days
  • Larger jobs 3 days +

  But if you have any special requests or imminent deadlines then do let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Are there any hidden fees?

  No.

Payments

• How do I cancel my plan?

  The responsibility of cancelling your subscription plan is yours.

  You can cancel your plan anytime by logging into your paypal account however we do not provide refunds for any time/days unused whether it be pre or post subscription cancellation.

• Where are you located?

  We are located in Hornchurch, Essex, UK, which is in the Greater London area

• When Am I Charged?

  If you take a subscription plan out today, you will be charged today, and then again in 31 days if you wish to continue your plan.

• Am I locked into an agreement?

  No, our plans are a 30 day rolling contract and you can cancel anytime.

• How long does a plan last?

  A subscription period lasts for 30 days but the plan can be cancelled at any time.  No refund is given if you do not use the plan and we do not refund any difference for any days unused.

• What files do I get?

  We deliver files optimised for specific uses:

  • Print ready PDF’s
  • Web Optimsied gifs, jpgs and pngs

  If you would also like the original design file (source file) then please do let us know and we would be happy to hand them over as well.

• Can you work on multiple sites

  Yes, we can but speak to us first to clarify the requirements

• What software do you use?

  We use industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Dreamweaver.

• What can I get designed?

  To summarise, anything that would display your logo on. See list above for details.
